When chemical addition is not desired, R.B. Jergens can pulverize existing pavement materials to create a homogeneous subgrade aggregate. This component of the FDR process can include an owner’s subgrade costs when the new pavement is desired. R.B. Jergens machines can reach depths over one foot, exceeding the typical maximum depth for many historic pavement systems. Our machines can also pulverize concrete pavement and medium to heavy in-situ rock.
